Return Policy

There are no refunds. Store credit only.

Crystal Qiao accepts returns For Store Credit Only under the following conditions :

• Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
• Returned items must be unused / unworn
• Returned must be received within 30 days of delivery date*
• All Sales are Final for customers who use Afterpay as their order payment method.

No returns will be accepted on items made from 14k Gold or Sterling Silver, Custom or Personalized items, or on items whose product number begins with AU-,G-,CU-(all sales are final on these items)

A Shipping Fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your store credit.

How do I return an item?

Email us at sales@crystalqiao.com (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST) with the following information:

• Order Number
• Item to return
• Item condition
• Why item is being returned 

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.

Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
